My training journal is a look into my day-to-day operations. As the season progresses I will post such things as observations on the emotional, physical, and psychological development underway; personal milestones on and off the track; and results from races. Although I will not bore you with trifling updates of how much bacon I ate this morning or that yesterday I enjoyed a frosty bath of ice up to my neck, such is my daily life, I will include rarities like when a squad of 9-year-old gymnasts crushes me in volleyball, should that ever happen again.
