About the Coffee

The Morning Slide is a dark roasted South American coffee provided by Solar Roast Coffee, LLC. Based in my hometown of Pueblo, Colorado, Solar Roast Coffee uses concentrated solar energy (a sciency way of saying “800 mirrors directing sunlight to a single point”) to commercially roast coffee beans. The coffee, available in 12 ounce bags, is 100% organic and 100% carbon neutral…which makes it 200% delicious.
